The company has workshop floor area approximately 10000 M2 and office area 900 M2, currently there are more than 40 employees, including 12 technical personnels in the fields of technology, design, and quality. More than 40% of the company's employees have a college degree or above.
The company has a complete organizational structure with ISO9001:2015 quality management system certificate, holds GB pressure vessel D-class manufacturing certificate and ASME-U1 pressure vessel design and manufacturing certificate.
Products: GB pressure vessels (Class D), ASME-U1 pressure vessels, towers, heat exchangers, filters, storage tanks, agitators, reactors, crystallizers, steam drums, equipment with mirror-finished inner surfaces, equipment lined with PE, ETFE or PTFE on the inner surface, and wastewater treatment equipment.
Materials: carbon steel/low alloy steel, austenitic stainless steel (304, 316), duplex stainless steel (2205), and titanium, etc.
Max. lifting capacity of the workshop is 30 tons, with a maximum lifting height of 8.5 meters. We can manufacture max.60-ton equipment with diameter up to 4.5 meters and length up to 35 meters per piece.
