1. Evaluate according to the technical parameters and technical requirements proposed by the customer

2. Sign a technical agreement with the customer

3. Confirm the delivery date and price with the customer and sign a contract

4. Design the product according to the technical agreement

5. The customer reviews and confirms the design drawings and manufacturing technical requirements

6. Produce according to the design drawings and manufacturing technical requirements

7. Customer product inspection and release (as agreed in the contract)

8. Product packaging and delivery, quality information is issued together with the equipment (paper or electronic version, as agreed in the contract)

9. After-sales service

Product delivery is as agreed in the contract, generally 45-60 days

Second, water treatment equipment system project

1. Customer demand consultation.

2. The customer provides water quality testing, and also provides the subsequent use direction and technical requirements after wastewater treatment.

3. Cycle Columbus conducts process design and solution design, the technical solution is confirmed by the customer, and the two parties sign a technical agreement.

4. Provide a quotation to the customer based on the technical solution.

5. Sign a contract with the customer and confirm the delivery date.

6. Detailed design and production of equipment.

7. The customer inspects and releases the equipment (as agreed in the contract).

8. Equipment delivery.

9. On-site installation of equipment and system installation (on-site installation is not provided for overseas projects, Cycle Columbus provides on-site installation guidance and quality supervision services).

10. Equipment and system commissioning.

11. Project acceptance.

12. After-sales service.

The delivery date is as agreed in the contract.
