Technology advantage: 

Ammonia recovery rate is ≥99.5%, concentration of recovered high-purity ammonia water is 10%~28%.

High ammonia-nitrogen removal rate and no secondary pollution, treated ammonia-nitrogen can reach ≤5mg/l.

One-step condensation directly recovers ammonia water, with high equipment integration and simple operation.

The system runs to meet a large flux load, and the processing capacity adopted is 60%~120%.

The system design has strong pertinence and strong impact resistance.

The system has low steam consumption, low circulating water consumption, and low system carbon emissions.

Effectively to recover heavy metals, salts, and water resources from wastewater while deeply removing ammonia nitrogen pollutants, achieving zero discharge treatment of ammonia nitrogen heavy metal high salt composite wastewater.


Scope of application: 
lithium battery ternary precursor, non-ferrous metallurgy (nickel cobalt, tungsten molybdenum, vanadium, zirconium, niobium tantalum), new materials, rare earth, catalyst, coal chemical industry, waste lithium battery recycling and other industries of high concentration ammonia nitrogen (1-70g/L) wastewater treatment.

Till now , Ammonia-Nitrogen Wastewater Recycling Treatment Technology has been applied for more than 100 sets of projects in the productions of ternary precursor, nickel-cobalt, tungsten-molybdenum, rare earth and other industries, with an annual wastewater treatment volume of more than 30 million tons, and helping end users to reduce ammonia-nitrogen emissions by 200,000-300,000 cubic meters per year, the recovery of ammonia water is about 1.5-2 million tons per year, and creating economic benefits for customers of more than 1 billion RMB per year.
